Our engineers are highly qualified and experienced in diagnosing faults and can offer assistance over the telephone
In many circumstances this can avoid unnecessary call out charges. Nevertheless if they are unable to rectify the issue they will advise you accordingly to ensure the unit is safe and we will organise a timely visit.

Call Out Fees:
From £120.00 plus VAT – [Mon to Fri [between 8am and 5pm]].
This includes our first hour on site. Any subsequent time is charged at £65.00 plus VAT [per hour or part thereof].
Out of Hours – from £250 plus VAT.
Any subsequent time past the first hour, is charged at £75.00 plus VAT [per hours or part thereof].
Out of hours call out £250 +VAT (£300)
Replacement parts
Replacement parts are charged at manufacturer’s recommended retail price. Quotes will be supplied prior to commencing work.
