Our team of experienced engineers are on hand to offer assistance over the phone to provide a quick response
In many circumstances this can avoid unnecessary call out charges.
We will aim to assess / identify the issue in order to be able to later attend site equipped with parts that may be required.
There are times however, that specialist parts need to be ordered in. In this instance, we will attempt to guide you remotely on how to obtain hot water / heating [if possible] or advise on how to make the system safe until a suitable appointment can be arranged.

Investigatory Call Out Fee:
From £125.00 plus VAT – covering our first hour on site.
Any subsequent time is charged at £75.00 plus VAT [per hour or part thereof].
[Outside of Usual Operating Hours]
From £250 plus VAT – covering our first hour on site.
Any subsequent time is charged at £75.00 plus VAT [per hour or part thereof].
